According to the link you provided, the below list pretty much fills out the requirements for that plane. Take your pick. The list follows the requirements. Note that I highlighted the weight of this plane. I also provided a chart for power selection for various weight models and flying styles. It won't specify what engine you need. but shows what level of power you would need for your flying style. The motors, at least at Tower, do provide specs that include wattage for the particular motor you are looking for. Match the two, get the right ESC to match that motor, give yourself at least 10% leeway (if it needs 25 amps, go at least 27.5.. since they don't make that then to 30 amp ESC.
Speed Control: 7+A continuous current
Battery: 3S 350-700mAh Lithium Polymer (LiPo) battery
**For optimum performance battery weight should not exceed
2.3oz (65g).**
Charger: Lithium Polymer capable
Radio: 4-channel
Receiver: Ultra micro size
Servos: 3 micro with a 15+ oz-in minimum torque rating
SPECS:
Wingspan: 36" (915mm)
Wing Area: 222 sq in (14 sq dm)
Weight: 7.5 - 9oz (215 - 225g)
Wing Loading: 4.9-5.8oz/sq ft (15-18g/sq dm)
Length: 30.5" (770mm)
Airfoil: Flat plate
Center of Gravity: 2.25" (57mm) Back from the wing's leading edge
at the fuselage sides.
Control Throws:
Function High rate endpoints High rate travel High rate exponential
Aileron +/- 100% +/- 55-60° 40%
Elevator +/- 100% +/- 55-60° 40%
Rudder +/- 100% +/- 55-60° 40%
Low rate endpoints Low rate travel Low rate exponential
Aileron +/- 40% +/- 15-25° 0%
Elevator +/- 40% +/- 15-25° 0%
Rudder +/- 40% +/- 15-25° 0%
Only one ultra micro receiver is required depending on the channel of the radio selected (Low band Ch 11-35, High band Ch 36-60). Please note the Accessory Completion Guide lists both Low and High band receivers. Channel selection is left to the modeler's reference.

As a second plane, it's lifespan may be measured in seconds.
I would suggest something a bit more docile.
You are likely to get it airborn and fly around a bit with it, but I'll guarantee that it will end up nosing in hard in short order since it is very reactive.
A computer controlled TX with EXPO is a must.
