Default Horizon Hobby honoring wrong price????

Does anyone know if Horizon Hobby will honor a product if they have it listed at the wrong price but you order it? Well I'm not a hundred percent sure its the wrong price but I was shocked at the price. I really don't want to go into detail what the actual item is, but I was just wondering if anyone had an experience similar to this in the past and what the outcome was. Thanks

You sure they havent just lowered the price on that item? Looks like theyve lowered prices on some of their planes again within the last couple of weeks. If its something you want at that price...order it. What are they gonna say - no? If they do, call em up and let them know how you feel. Either way you dont lose.

If they hit your card for more than the accepted order you can refute it with the card company. They can refuse to sell it to you if it is a pricing error on their end. But, I do believe, they have no recourse after it is shipped if they discover the error.

I don't think it is a plane that he is talking about.

I think he is talking about the Saito 82 for $229.99. Horizon Hobby says it is for real and not a mistake.

I just bolted mine on per the instruction manual. I was a bit worried about it at first and kept checking it regularly but it has never caused a problem. My tummy tells me that someone has made a mistake on the pricing of the 82 and it will change soon......
Nope, that one's real.

Well, the normal price on a Saito 56 is $229, so a Saito 82 for the same price is definitely a good deal!!!

The new 82b has a different crankcase and an aluminum back plate

Same power but weighs a little more

I wonder what they accomplished with this change, and what was the back plate made of before?

Oh wow, I guess you're right, or the 56 is way overpriced!

Same Power, More Weight???? That is the formula we should all follow to get the best performance from our planes. There must be some other advantages to the new design besides what is mentioned above.

The plastic back plate on the 82a has been problematic

They apparently have had some flexing evidence of the crankcase in front of the cylinder also?

This was all a result of the engineering redesign ofr the 82 to make the FG-14 gas engine. They then incorporated these changes into the 82b
