hey guys is there anyway to calulate how many pounds of thurst a engine is putting out

This will give you a general idea of what you should be getting.

If you want exact for your specific engine then you'll need to contruct a rig in order to measure the thrust your engine is putting out.

That would work just fine for testing and comparing for your engine

It is a Zip file. You need to unzip it into a new folder then run the setup.exe file from that folder.
