Hi all...

Looking forward to reading and learning from all you old timers. I recently came across a little cash and decided to get back into the hobby.

Got my AMA - joined the local club and got a trainer up. I flew about 10 years ago and was wondering if it was like riding a bike.. for me it was.

Already have my bro-n-law up on our buddy box...he is diggin it!

Went nuts on ebay lately got a plane + .65 engine + 6 ch radio for $117.00...not bad if it all works... also bought a J3 cub kit to work on in my 10x14 hobby shed out back.

Love the hobby...born to fly...oh yea, soloed in a REAL airplane back in '89 - Cessna 150... talk about an expensive hobby... this one is more fun...at least less expensive... so far.

Have fun with it!

You want to see an expensive hobby, build a full scale. It is a blast, but when you have a problem, there are a whole lot less people around to ask.

Models are addictive. Be carefull.
