charger problem

i just tried tried to charge my newly arrived batterie but it said "connection break" is it a problem with the charger?

No. You have to hook the battery up twice to the charger. In the picture, you have the balancing lead attached properly. But you need two more wires - red and black - between the battery and the output of the charger. The output is on the right side. you need banana plugs on a charge lead to plug into those sockets on the right side.

I have to guess that you have not read the charger manual. Each one may be different so you must read it. Mine works in manner that you have it c onnected but not all do.

Connection break is a lay mans term for an open circuit.....in other words you have something not connected or there is a break in the circuit somewhere.....my bet would be that circuit board between the battery and the charger.......
Yes the charger could be bad...so could the battery....do you know anyone that has a charger that you could hook the printed circuit board and battery to...if it's good on their charger then it's a 99% chance that your charger is bad |

It's just that his battery isn't hooked up to the charge leads. That should fix it right up.
