Your second link doesn't work but I will tell you that the little twin prop, no control surface planes are the toughest planes to fly on the market. They tend to be heavy and underpowered, and if you get into more than a few kmh of wind it's hard to choose your landing spot. But they are cheap, so they continue to sell.

My suggestion if you are looking for something small like that one in the first link then look at getting Hobbyzone Champ. You can't go wrong with the Champ especially if it is your first plane. It's almost indestructible, and I say almost because things break once in a while when you crash but most fixes are a little glue and some tape.
