Too much engine?
Not sure where to post this. I'm building a Sig Midstar for a second plane. I bought a TT .46 Pro to put in this plane and am wondering if I over bought and shouldn't just save this engine for another project and use a .46 la or a TT gp .42, etc. Any thoughts? Thanks.

RE: Too much engine?
The TT .46 Pro should be perfect for this plane. The others should work well too but the .46 Pro will give you the best performance.

RE: Too much engine?
Stick the TT pro .46 it is hands down the best .46 on the market (in my opinion). It is a great match for any .40 size model and will give you years of faithful service. My oldest one has over 25 gallons of fuel through it and is 15 years old and will still fire up and run happily all day long. Good luck!

You'll do just fine with that engine on that plane. Don't worry about it!!!!<div>

Thank you. Over thinking things!

RE: Too much engine?
In my opinion, the difference between those engines is not enough to go from enough power to over power. On some .40 size planes, the .42 or .46la might leave you wanting a little more power. An average .46 would help, a .55 would be a considerable increase, and .60 to .90 would be 'over powered' to overboard.
