crystal?
futaba 4yf tx + futaba r168df rx = whatrxcrystal? how do you know?
|
RE: crystal?
Well, first, is that a 72 MHz system? If so, what channel is it? The receiver frequency (channel) must match the transmitter.
Second, if 72 Mhz, it doesn't have a crystal that came with it? CGr |
RE: crystal?
this is for a friend. I fly 2.4
yes his is 72 mhz its a used rx he wants to use with his transmitter which is on channel 53. |
RE: crystal?
Get a futaba channel 53 receiver crystal.
I don't think that receiver is PCM either so you should be alright |
RE: crystal?
Ok. Channel 53. That's 72.85 MHz. That's a start.
Is it a Futaba? Airtronics? JR? Who makes the radio receiver? You cannot mix-and-match receiver crystals. We really have to have all the specifics about this. |
RE: crystal?
This hi band one is for your R168DF order it in channel 53:

RE: crystal?
John has it right, you need a Futaba Dual Conversion FM on Ch 52
(DF= D dual conversion, F FM) BTW, PCM is FM, there's no difference. |
