RCU Forums - Great Weekend

Well about 3 months ago I found RCU :) After reading a few posts the "bug" hit me ( again, but this time i was going to do this right)
Through RCU I located a few clubs in my area, and I contacted the one closest to me. I placed my order thru Tower and after a few days had my trainer ready. I headed down to the club where I met a lots of great folks including an awesome and patient instuctor. He recommended afew changes to my trainer to make it air worthy.

Well finally after many years of always wanting to fly , I finally got some stick time :) We had to do the ol pass the Tx ( had problems with my buddy box) but it was fine with me. I piloted my trainer around as close to an oval as I could:) Man what a feeling. We finally landed and everything went perfect, we eventually went up a few more times on Sat and Sun.

Hehe I think im hooked. Seriously Ive read about here before but didnt think it would happen to me, my knees were shaking and so were my hands. Cant wait to be able to fly by my self, here in Az the season is just beggining.

Thx for all the information passed here on RCU, without it I dont think I could have done it.
