RE: New here... question about first plane

Did you balance it?

Yes you can hand launch it most small electric parkflyers are hand launched.

Remember to throw it straight out not up or down.

If you're new to hand launching I'd suggest having someone else hand launch it

A better Idea would be to find a club and instructor for some hands on help... but good luck.

Look in the instructions to see where the balance point (C/G) is located and balance to that point. As for clubs in your area, you might be surprised. While not personally familiar with any, I am sure a search on the net, particularly on the AMA site, should reveal something close enough for you to get to.

There is a club in Camden, Kershaw County flyers. Contact Roger Marshall at 803-432-2347 or email [email protected]. There may be others closer and the members of this club could probably point you in the right direction.

I am not personally familiar with your plane, but I am sure that someone on this site is, or at least can point you in the right direction. Try posting to the ARF area or Tips area asking where the C/G for your plane might be.

Best of Luck
