Returning to the hobby
 

<span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">I flew for about three years in the mid 80's
I retire at the end of July, so time to get back in the air.
May start with eletric then I will have something
to start the Grandkids on later.
I thought I had radio questions but me RC
mentor helped decide on a new Futaba 10ch
2.4. Spread Spertum. I will get one ordered soon.
I have been flying his ugly stick eletric on a buddy box.
I guess it is time to cut the cord as he is moving
in a few days out of the state.
So this may be my question and answer spot.

Congrats on your reentry into a great hobby. You'll find that technology has really changed things up.

Absolutely. I did the same thing. Flew for awhile in the '80s, paused to raise the kids and now I'm back at it. Technology has changed and all for the better! RCU has been invaluable for me as a learning source and as I have learned, I enjoy giving back as well. Don't hesitate to ask and welcome back. Dave
