3 position switch

I recently bought a Flysky FS-TH9X (same as a Turnigy 9X) but I cannot figure out how to program the 3 position switch. I have been able to get the flap and gear working. There is nothing in the manual about this!!! I did some web searching and found several possible solutions but nothing panned out. This is driving me nuts! Thanks, Alan

What do you want the three-position switch to do?

To operate my 6 axis gyro. Nor, 1, 2. I finally found a setting on the internet and was able to get the switch to work. But I don't see how anybody could have figured this out, unless they were an electrical genius. This is the hardest transmitters to program. I think I will try to return it.

Big, look over at RCgroups for the threads on the 9x. Yes it is a little different to program, but once you spend some time saying all sorts of adults words, it does become easier. I used mine for almost 2 years in the stock form then I upgraded the firmware. That opened the radio up to a mixing and switch assignments. You can assign any switch to do anything you want. Plus the new firmware doubles the model memory. I have used it for simple 3 channel foam planes to my FBL helicopters. It is not as easy to program as my Airtronics RDS8000, that is for sure, but after the firmware upgrade it does a whole lot more too.

Buzz.
