Books, Reports... please.

Hi everybody, my name is Moussa and i'm new here. I'm also a beginner in RC airplanes and i'm a great enthusiast.
I was trying to design my first model and i used the Andy Lennon's book: Basics of RC Model aircraft design. But then I realized that the models covered in this book have dimensions that do not suit me because I will not be able to afford the necessary equipment. I would really like to make a small plane for the beginning: example of 30 inches of wingspan and I would like to know if you could tell me books to consult for the types of planes I want.
Thank you in advance and have a good evening.

Sorry for the late response but perhaps try building a kit first to get the basics.

There is a wealth of information for beginners contained in the sticky post at the top of this forum. Like AllModesR/C says it good to start with the basics.

Start with a proven design and learn how to fly first. Then you can get into designing if you want to. Flite Test is a good place to start for some easy to build and cheap models. They aren't any kind of show stoppers, but you can have a lot of fun with them.
