scratch build deltawing CG

Hi everybody... i made a deltawing and if anybody can help me with the CG of it
taken it to the flying field now 2 times without success. i truly believe if i can get it to fly, that it wil be quite a spectacular plane

Please Tell me if i need to give more info or post some photos
