RCU Forums - Advice wanted

Hi, apologize for my english
I built 250 quad with spec below :

Frame : ZMR 250
Motor : racerstar BR2205 2600KV (seller sent me wrong motor, I ordered 2300kv ones)
Prop : 5" DAL (cannot remember which model, but it's tri-blade)
FPV Cam : Caddx turbo micro F1
VTx : Eachine TX526
FC : Matek F405 CTR
ESC : ESC 30A blheli32 dshot1200

But it way too fast, and I could not control it.
I'm planning on replacing caddx with something that can record video.
can you suggest what I should replace to get smooth video and slow down the quad?
