precision aerobatics extra 260 problem's
 

So, I recently crashed my Balsa Extra 260 and couldn't recover from a stall. I ended up breaking my elevator in the worst spot possible and want some tips on how I should get it glued back together without completely tearing the back end apart. it broke in the center where i cant reach very well. i also need help with what order to wrap things. like, should I start with wraping the controll surfaces liek the elevator and rudder before puting them on or should i wrap them once their on the plane? anything helps.

You always cover flying surfaces before you mount them to the airplane.
