rceiver and battery install question

i know that when i install the reciever it needs to be wrapped in foam rubber. but my question is does the battery need to be wrapped too or does the batter jsut get velcroed to the bottom on the fuse

thanks in advance

It's a good idea to put foam around it as well. The vibration from the engine can cause problems, though a lot of guys do just velcro it and go.

I'm with Mont, I wrap my battery as well. Can't be too safe I guess. :D

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. It's your call.

Mostly do, sometimes don't. It depends on space.

Vibration can and will damage electrical connections. I would recommend that all batteries and receivers be supported to prevent damage.
