Help with servos

Help I have a new plane a Tower trainer 40 ultimate combo, well anyway when I turn on the power one of the servos make a strange sound like its constantly moving but just a little bit. However when I adjust the trim on the radio it stops. Can someone tell me what is going on? Oh yeah the plane has never left the ground!:(

Check the friction in the controls. If it is a bit stiff the servo may be driving against it a little.

Good advice. But if it goes away with a wiggle of the stick, or a click or two of trim, it's not serious. Quite a few of my planes have had a bit of servo buzz now and then and it's never been a problem. (As long as it's minor and stops when the stick is moved!)

I would check the battery voltage before each flight to be safe, but you should do that anyway.

Could be from a couple of causes. Servo being turned to it's limit or friction in the controls such as the push rods if they are in a tube. If it goes away with trim it's probably going to the end of the servo travel. You can adjust that out of it.
