where can I get materials or tutorial to make models
I am new to RC planes and I wanted to ask what material should I use to make mini planes. I don't want use something like wood, or plastic, because it is too heavy and breakable. I would rather use something like foam plastic. Is it possible to buy liquid foam plastic?
I plan to make elctric powered glider with wingspan about 26". |
RE: where can I get materials or tutorial to make models
For the past few decades, people have been using balsa. Since when is it too heavy? :) You should go to a hobby store and take a look at the kits. This is a good way to learn. Really small planes (like 26") are not the easiest thing to build/fly.

By the way, I already did fly 30" plane! |

I agree with Greenboot, however someone once said that variety is the spice of life - being small also allows you to build cheaper, eh? Anyway, from what you've stated you need info. Radio Control Modeler magazine has a an interesting web cite that lists, HOW-TO manuals on various, R/C topics. Check it out @:
