tiger 2 arf missing wing tape
 

My tiger 2 arf has no wing tape, but the manual references this "included wing tape" to tape up the Epoxy joint on the wing. The parts list does not mention this. Why? or do I have to buy some?

I've not built a Tiger 2 ARF but the LT-40 ARF I built I needed to purchase a roll of tape for the wing joint. <$5

There should have been 3/4" tape in the pkg. with the wing spar.
Best bet would be to buy a 5"x 30" white trim sheet by Hanger9 or MonoKote.
This will also come in handy for patches later on.

You don't actually need the tape, it's only purpose is to cover the ugly glue joint.

What color is the center of the wing (where you need to put the tape). I probably have a piece of trim tape you could have, but I may not see you until spring. ;)

Its ok. CGM tech support told me that all tiger 2 kits no longer include it.

BTW: The plane is Cub Yellow ultracote.
