Real Planes builders???????

hello there
first happy x-max for you dudes.
well i have a question, it might not be the best place to ask but i guess we have some knowladgable fellows who can help;)
am looking for a forum for people who build human size planes that one can really ride its like the one it this site http://affordaplane.com/plans.html
coz i have a fried who is looking for some sort of technical help in building his plane.

Try the EAA site for that info or the FAA, other links are thru home built aircraft searches and Wag aero.
