well my trainer is about out of it... its been through hell and te fnniest part is its never left the ground, if u guys havent seen my other thread this plane is almost 5 years old its a thunder tiger mkll, i fixed it with some epoxy and everything and it looked fine and it still might be i dont know but it just keeps on fallin apart and needs a good flyer to fix, anyways im looking for anything that can get up in the air thats cheap doesnt have to be nitro i just want it able to do some aerobatic stuff help a newbie out lol

I've found that nothing is really cheap in this hobby if it is worth a crap.

I generally don't recommend these, because I don't care for them personally, but because you have the engine and radio equipment, try checking out SPADS. There's a forum on RCU for them, and there's a website called spadtothebone.

i dont neccesarly mean cheap but im talking like couple hundred not 700 im only 14 lol but i heard the sig something extra is a nice plane, what do u guys think?

also does any1 know what kind of engine is in the thunder tiger mkll cant really tell...

Heck man, there are tons of planes under $200. Have you been to tower hobbies website? Check it out.

I'd say the Somethin' Extra is above you at this point. Why go from a trainer that's trashed, to trashing a new plane?

Being 5 years old, I'd guess that the Mark II has an older Thunder Tiger 40 in it, but you should be able to see make and model on the engine. On one side of the cylinder it should say, "TT", or "OS", or something. On the other side it should say, "40", or "46".
