Please help

I plan on buying a Super tigre 51 ringed engine for my trainer. It says it requires a special CB associates spinner. Can i use any other spinners? I haVE A perfectly good alu. backed GP spinner and would hate to purchase a new one. Can i use this spinner or must i buy a new one.

Why not buy my NIB TT PRO 46??? Your spinner just needs to be cut for the prop and then balanced with a prop balancer!!!

PM ME OR EMAIL ME AT [email protected] if you want the enigine...its $80.00 I pay for shipping

Hi ICE_MAN,your spinner will work fine, might need to enlarge the holes for the prop.;)

Yes that spinner will be just fine. You pretty much can run any spinner with your engine. There are no absolutes.

Swweeeew! That was the only thing keeping me from buying this engine! Now that thats clear i can purchase it. Does anyone know where to buy fiberglass to "glass" the middle of my wings? With all that power in a superstar i question wing strength.

RE: Please help

a strip of fiber glass cloth is what you need,2"wide and 1 to 2 oz.weight should be enough, wrap the joint then epoxy or thin ca applied on the cloth will do the job. If using ca thin cover a finger with wax paper and rub the ca in before it dries to get a good bond.Tower Hobbies, Hobby Lobby,LHS also hardware stores and auto supply stores sometimes have the cloth.
