I hate to be skeptical.... ut before clicking that link... might want to see a moderator post that he has checked and verified it isn't a "trap"

Too many porn site operaors like to post "too good to be true" leads heading to thier sites and then you are stuck with some form of trojan and inundated with porn spam... viruses and garbage.

This just looks like a too good to be true lead-in to me.

I'd rather be paranoid and not get a virus... than trusting of someone with under 50 posts... putting up a splashy ad for a site... and end up wth the mess that I have described.

If a moderator (who has good antivirus and anti-spyware software) tests it and sasy its good... I'll appologize. but until then... more self-defencs just makes me MORE suspicious.

FHhuber I have been to the Blue MAx RC Site and its' very good with lots of information and pics, I have not seen this update but sound interesting

Yes it is a very good site! And you guys dont have to make fun of him. He is just being procosious(sp). Because there are alot of too good to be true sites out there that are not what you are looking for, so give the guy a break, k?

We are giving him and everyone else a break. We are laughing with him not at him. We all know the fears of the internet. I'm more afraid of Ronnie Brown, Van Flowers, Val Fusco and the bunch. I can protect myself from computer viruses but the thugs who claim to even know anything about our great hobby and then steal our money those are the real dangers.

FHHUBER... sorry if we got carried away. You have a good point and it always pays to be careful but you gotta admit... most of our wives think we are having affairs with a girl named Balsa from CA right? heh heh

You gotta admit... the splashiest e-mails you usually get are... SPAM... leading to.. stuff you didn't really want to see. (well... maybe some want it... but I don't)

Since the thing is a legit RC site... and none of the stuff that I was worried about is involved... sorry.

I prefered to err on the side of caution. (I've had too much of that !@%$#!%$ hit my e-mail lately...:eek:)
