Use a glue tip on the bottle. Pick some up at the LHS. You don't have to remove the cap and the CA doesn't dry up in the tip. If it does just clip the tip and keep using it. Also makes it easier to dispense.

I just keep a pair of pliers handy.

As for the CA that dries up in the tip, that is what T pins are for. Seriously, I have one T pin that is just for unclogging tips. One push and the tip is clear. Usually verified by the noxious fumes filling up the garage :D

I left my CA open over the easter break (5 days actually). It still appears to glue fine (tested it). The cap was off, and the nozzle was not clogged/blocked.

What is the "open-on-the-bench" life for thin CA?

DragonHeart, Give the bottle tip a wipe with paper towel soaked in acetone before replacing the cap. If you are using CA tips you can leave them soaking in a jar of acetone to keep them clog free.

When they really get clogged, dunk them into a jar of Acetone for a while (it helps if the jar has a lid so the acetone doesn't evaporate).

That cleans them right up
