help OS engine parts

Have a OS FX 40 engine and lost the muffler nut its 3.5mm and no one
has it,I guess OS uses fractional metric sizes so they can get $5.00
So where can I mail order my 5.00$ nut ??

Any mail order is going to cost you $1 for the part and $5 to ship. Sure is a pain in the butt.

If you're talking about the long screw that holds the two pieces of the muffler together, don't buy a new one! It'll just break like the old one. Just go to the hardware store, get some 6-32 threaded rod and two nylon-insert lock nuts. Drill out the front and back of the muffler for the threaded rod. Go flying! Just be thankful you didn't lose any parts while in the air.
