I need an EASY second plane!
 

I had a Kadet Senior from a kit, (so there was no ailerons), and I got my wings on it, and about 10 flights after that, I was turning to sharp and the plane went into a spiral and I crashed. So now I am looking for another plane. I really want a Four Star, but I don't know if I am ready. What if I went on the buddy box again just to get the hang of it?

What do you guys think???

I think you are on the right track. With a buddy cord you will soon be able to solo again with a SIG 4 star 40 or if you want something that is also easy to build (kit) and flys where you point it the Top Flite Contender was my second aircraft and I am still flying it, (build it with the optional wing tips with washout). Both are easier to fly than a trainer, (albeit much more responsive), in that they go where you point them and will fly comfortably in winds that ground trainers.

I have also seen many recommend the Sky Shark Fantasy but I have no direct knowledge of this aircraft.

Get another Kadet but this time with ailerons
You could also get an Avistar if you want an ARF

Guess a lot depends on how well you were flying before you crashed? If you weren't flying the wings off it you might want another trainer..

I'll second Felix21685 on the Easy Sport recommendation. I purchased one as my first plane. Thanks to a good instructor and a fair amount of simulator time, the plane is still in one piece after about 50 flights. It is inexpensive, and easy to both build and fly. If you are near sea level, an O.S. 46 FX or equivalent will be plenty of engine for it. I'm at approximately 4700 ft of elevation, so I opted for the O.S. 50 SX.

Do you have a simulator? You might consider one, because they pay for themselves many, many times over.

try a world models super stunts 40. Very light, tricycle gear, ultracote covering, ARF, $99, almost impossible to stall, flies great on an OS 46 FX. I'm flying mine with a 12x4 APC prop and it lands almost slow enough to catch it.

My second plane was a great planes super sportster 40, it was one the best flying planes ive had, but i wrecked it when iwas doing a slow low turn and then the engine died, since then ive been through quite a few airplanes and none of them are as easy and fun to fly. And by the way, simulaters due pay for themselves overtime, and will get you through the beginners stage quickly. Right now i'm putting together a sig 4star kit, so far it has pretty much just fallen together on its own, a very simple kit to build.

I have a Seagull Space Walker and a four star 40.

The space walker is actually more calm and easier to fly than the four star (at medium rates).

Its cheap too! Only $119 for the ARF!

World Models Super Sports 40. Great plane. Can't beat it for the price, nice flying, ez to land, very sturdy. Put a .46 AX on it and have all the power you need, but would probablly fly fine with an LA 40.
