Using buddy boxes

My instructor's finger gets real tired holding the switch for the buddy box,i'm using the Quattro's,is there a way i can either put a rubber band to ease the pressure on his finger ?,or maybe getting a extension for the small toggle switch. Is there some other way i can make it easier for him?.Just thought about this one,i could change tx's with him but it could get complicated i guess.
Thanks

are you serious...

well i guess some people can't handle holding back a switch for 10-15 minuets. my insructor gave me his Tx and he used mine.

Yes i'm serious, this guy is a little older than me,i don't know how he holds it but i want to make it easier for him besides this toggle seems a little harder to hold than the other box.I think i just found what i'm looking for.
Thanks
