Now, you'd think this was a question about how much nitro to use, but i have an intresting fuel formula:

2/4 Cool Power 15%nitro 18%synthetic
1/4 Old Ritches Brew 10%nitro 11%caster 11& synthetic
1/4 New " "

Then add 10%..................WATER

Im SERIOUSE I had some old fuel I dident want, so i mixed it together. Then, after remembering an article from MA, I decided to find the effects of water being part of the fuel.

Results: GREAT!!! Althogh the idle produced a lot more vibration, the high end was a 1,500 RPM increase!!!!

Test Engine was an O.S. 40 L.A.

Don't do this at home. Leave it to the professionals. :)

Umm,

Glow fuel is mixed with oil. Oil seperates from water.

So I guess the last 10% of the tank is roughly water, the motion mixes it a little I guess.

If you don't mixed your jug I guess you will pump pure water if the hose is at the bottom, that sounds fun too:D.

I think i will have to try your formula i like the idea of the water NOT. why dont you sweeten things up a bit and add some sugar.
hey i could even try to run my engine on cookies and cool aid, and some cotton candy. and to idle it down feed it some ritalin just like kids with A.D.D hehe:D

Cool, I've been looking for a good fuel. Windshield wiper fluid just wasn't doing it for me.
Wings, I thought the water would seperate out too. It may not though since alcohol is the solvent in the solution and alcohol is soluble in water.

My guess here,,, and I wanna stress GUESS is that the alcohol in the fuel is acting like the "dry gas" or "heet". The stuff ya put in the gas tank of your car if ya have water in the tank. This stuff is mostly alcohol and somehow encapsulates the water allowing it to be passed through the engine.
My guess on the RPM increase is the simple reduction of oil. If I run my concrete saw fuel 40/1 through my chainsaw which takes 32/1 My chainsaw will run noticably faster.

:D This has got to be a joke [8D]
I had a batch of fuel that accidently got water in it. I remember it made my TT61 run like a bucket of S#%T.
