LT-40: CG and Control Throws???

A friend of mine bought a used SIG LT-40 from someone and wants me to teach him to fly. That is no big deal, but I want to find out what the control throws should be and where the CG should end up? I want to make sure everything is as it should be.

Tooter, the cg can be 1/2 inch in front of or behind the main spar on the wing. as for the control throws, servos on thier outer holes and the flight controls no more than the second hole from the out side end will work just fine.
