TIP: when zero'ing out your ailerons...

When installing new equipment on a new plane, and you are zero'ing out your ailerons.... make sure you have flaperons TURNED OFF !!!!

wasted about an hour today...LOL

Flaps were set to about 3/4 flaps and when I hooked up the Y harness on chan 1, I had forgot I was messing with flaperons. What a mess :)

Just some FYI

I had a similar experience, I just bought a Futaba 3CAF and was programming in my settings
into the TX and it seemed as though all my settings were messed up until I realized the flap
knob was turned.
