Different muffler for a TT .61 pro?
I just purchased a TT .61 pro for my 4*, and have been looking around a little bit for a different muffler for it. The only place I've really looked is on Tower's website, but haven't been able to find one yet.
What I'm looking for is something that's a bit smaller than what the stock muffler is (say, something that could be used with a cowl), but I'll be the first to admit I don't really know what to look for. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance! |

Dude ... the only other sort of muffler that you would use is a Pitts one, for that you usually need your engine to be on its side. With a 4* why bother, it flies nice enough with the engine upright.

Since you mention a cowl, I'm assuming you want to hack the front end of the 4*, and put a non-stock cowl on there.
Pitts-style mufflers are designed for side or inverted mounted engines, and they don't go back behind the engine, meaning that they won't hit the firewall or anything. Check out http://www.slimlineproducts.com/onli...mline_home.htm for a wide range of options. Slimline isn't the only game in town, but they have a good selection, and probibly have something to fit your engine. |

If it will fit an OS 61FX it will fit the TT pro 61. The TT is a clone of the OS.
