rudder, elevator help

how mush do these thing need to move, my plan has like a 45 inch weing span and the fin is like 6-7 inches long, if this helps. it is an ace wizard.

It should say in the instructions if you have them. Try a quarter inch each direction on the elevator, and three quarter on the rudder. Then go from there, adjusting as you see fit. Hopefully someone else here knows better. I'm just giving a guess to the throws.
