Saito 91S needs valves ajusted, Help!!

Does anyone know how to find Top Dead Center when adjusting the valves on a Saito 91S? Please help.

If your adjusting the valves... Just remove the plug and watch the
piston come up to TDC... And both valves will be in the close position,
Then check and adjust...
