A BIG crash, Help...

had a rather horrific crash today.... straight into the ground.... i am beside myself with that sound that i heard.

my question is whether there is any way to repair a foam wing? it basically snapped in half so i wondered if i could fiberglass it back together? any ideas?

thanks, i am afraid to look at it again...

i would imagine, depenging on the foam, should be as simple as gluing the helves together again with dowls(wood, aluminum, CF) for support...but its hard wihtout knowing the plane and hte kind of foam its made of...

I started out on a foam wing and packing tape and 1/8' wood dowels worked well for me. I used them alot:D:D then I got a glow plane and an instructor GL

Carpenter's glue works well on the foam itself. It will need extra support, as already suggested.
