1.After my second flight I discovered a crack in the flexible part where the screw goes the wing mount.I have a replacement,but is there any way of replacing the pivotflex part by not removing the whole wing mount?

2.How can I remove the pushrod connector and replace it?The socket cap screw has grinded the threads of the connector so now the screw goes in cooked and doesn't secure the pushrod.

1) No -- you have to unscrew the fitting from the airframe.

BTW, I assume that you are referring to the nylon screw receptacle in the silicone rubber flex fitting. As a temporary repair, you can drill the threads out the socket & hot-glue a 1/4-20 nylon nut on the underside.

2) I'm not quite sure which pushrod & which particular bits you are referring to -- can you post a pic?

Are you talking about elev/rudd or throttle pushrods at the servo ends?

Is plane ARF or RTF?

Bruce,

They are the screw-lock connectors for throttle and rudder.They are the gold square things.They keep the pushrods secure to the servo control arms.

and you want to replace it completely and can't figure out how to get it loose from the servo arm or pushrod or what?

If you can remove the screws, do so. then remove the servo arm from the servo and slip the wire out of the connector. You should now have the arm and connector out where you can work on them. First just try to carefully pry the retainer from the bottom of the connector. If that doesn't work, try using a Dremel with a grinder or cutoff wheel. Do not let the temp build up and melt the servo arm. Just cut the bottom part off the connector until it pops off the arm. Replace with one of the connectors listed in post #3 above or similar. Use the metal retainer clip for better grip of the pivot pin. I will use the plastic ones during setup sometimes but I NEVER fly them because they can come loose too easy.

I have replaced the wing mount assembly myself. It is pretty easy for the most part. There are 2 wood screws and one machine screw into a blind nut. I would suggest replacing it with a new one as soon as possible. Britbrat has a good solution so long as the diameter of the nut is larger than the hole in the mount and you must put it on the underside of the mount so it wont pull through. I am sure this is exactly what he means. Hot glue will break loose over time and that would be especially aggrevating if it started to spin as you were trying to remove the wing. Think of a spinning bling nut. You can readily buy replacement screw locks at most hobby store. Don't get carried away with torque as brass is easily stripped and crossthreaded.

You could modify the flex assembly with a peice of light ply the same size as the rubber flex peice drilled to mount accordingly. after replacing the rubber peice with light ply you could mark and drill the ply to take a 1/4 by 20 blind nut to accept the wing bolt. I know these aren't good instructions on how to do it properly but I don't want to go into detail as this modification can definately degrade the performance aspects of the flex design. Your mileage may vary and you can only do this at your own risk. Remember that if you do this mod and you smack the ground your chances of damage go up exponentially.
