since the j-3 cub and super decathlon are similar in so many aspects, do tou think that a taiklwheel assembly for j-3 cub will work effectively on the super decathlon

Yes, except for the wing, the planes are very much alike.

The Decthlon has a shorter wing with no or almost no dihedral.

It can also depend on the construction, but generally, yes, it should work
