Tx Interface need help!!!

Hey... guys...

I am Manyu Bawej

I bought d Tx seriall port cable

Its not that g8.. as d one i bought isnt workin on windows XP... ( n who is working on win 98's in 2006)

Is there any one who got d serial port Tx cable workin on Xp

n there is another doubt in my my mind.... that is whenever i start FMS.. it says " is not an integer value..

guys wat does this mean...
