All servos designed for RC use are interchangable, as long as they have an appropriate plug. The signal sent from the receiver to the servo is the same, regardless of the brand or transmittion method (AM / FM-PPM / FM-PCM).

What type of receiver do you have? Hitec as well? If so, any servo with a universal connector should work.

For just a few bucks more the 425 is a double ball bearing version. I just moved some of these to a new trainer. The old one needs to be recovered but had 3 to 400 flights with various pilots over the past 2 seasons. I had marked the servos into service in 1998. Really good value (about $15.00 street and less in quantity from some suppliers). I also run these in my Pizazz and other palnes up to 0.60 engine size. Running 545's in the UCD-3D except on the rudder (JR4721).
