Rating someone

I posted it here cuz it was an airplane. I didnt know where else to post it so how do you rate someone on rcu market? I made an offer.

I believe you have to have a winning bid... Then a link will come up where you will
be able to rate the item/deal in that item page..... You won't be able to rate someone
with just a bid..

Yes, you have to be the winning bidder in order to rate the seller. You don't get to rate somebody just because you made an offer on his item
