I have to respectfully dissagree based soley on the fact that the best way to learn is with an instructor on a buddy box and the Sky Fly doesn't, to my knowledge, accomodate a buddy box hookup. I may be wrong about that and please let me know if I am.

The best trainer around is the one your instructor is willing to teach you on to solo & get your wings!:)

I am still learning and count my self as an absolute biginner.
I started out with a multiplex easystar (RTF) approx 150 bucks online.

Here is a video of my third flight and the flights after it.

love the down hill launch :D

I'm a fan of pretty much any 40 based trainer if your going the club route, or a slow stick if your going solo :)

Avistar is a great trainer, just need a willing experienced pilot to help you learn to fly till you can solo. :D
