It seems you can plug the battery pack into any of the servo channel plugins and it will work just fine.
How is that possible?
But in order to use the servo in that channel that the battery is plugged into you have to use a y connector.
Is that an exclusive option to this rx?
I just wondered.
Can anyone explain this to me?
Thanks a bunch in advance.
Bill

Bill its possible because all of the servo port traces for the power leads (positive and ground) are connected internally, it makes no differance where you imput the power. The reason it is done is to minimise the weight and size of the extra plug to allow such a small and neat little Rx.

I suspect this is common to many larger units also even with the extra ports. I have about eight or ten of the little jewels (hard to keep count) and use the 555's almost exclusively for pylon racing.

this is standard on all RX that I know of. (but there could be an oddball out there)

the positive and negative leads are all common between channel plug,s so it doesnt matter where you plug the battery into.
