First Flight
Well after weeks of waiting i had my first flight yesterday. I took two planes down to the field, my Classic Trainer and a PTS Mustang with the speed brakes off. After the instructor looked at the classic he found a few problems with the way the previous owner had hooked up the rudder and elevator and as such reccomended i fly the mustang. There was about 5knots of wind gusting to 7-8 so i guess it was a little windy tho overall the mustang handled the wind rather well . I flew for about 15min on the tank in which time i did some figure eights landing patterns loops and rolls. The information i have found on these forums has been invaluable as well as the time i have put into G3.5. So basically i had a blast and im hooked! Looking foward to progressing my skills and adding to the wealth of knowlege on these forums.

RE: First Flight
Well, after a few days of crashing with my aerobird 3, I finally had my first successful flight!:D I took it up with a rolling take-off, stayed patient, and didn't panic. I did a loop and a some circles and landed it softly. I have to admit though, I had butterflies in my stomach. Can't wait to fly tomorrow and increase my skills!
