Servos

Hi guys,

I would like to know if all servos are the same size cause my plane has servo copartments in it and they look small? And do you get diffrent servos for rudders and elevators?

Thanks

Matthew

It would probalby take a "standard" size servo such as
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXVW07&P=M

compare the sizes/specs listed and see if this or something similar will fit.

RE: Do I need a Glo-Starter

I would like to know If I need a Glo-Starter for my Thunder Tiger GP 25 ABC w/Muffler or is it just the glow plug?
The Glo-starter energizes the glo-plug. I don't have a glo-driver, preferring to use the power distribution panel on my flight box and run it off the 12v battey with a wired clip on a spring loaded reel-retractor. Never runs out of power.

If you don't use a small self-contained one you'll need one like I described, but you will need something to heat the nicrome wire in the plug to start it running.

Exeter_acres,
No you aren't losing you mind. The original poster changed the topic of the thread, along with his original post. I have restored the thread title as well as his original post. Since this thread seems to have ran it's course now with answers given to the question, I'm going to close this thread down and lock it.
