RE: Decisions, Decisions
Sounds like a young man--could be that he's in school and can't constantly check up on his post. Maybe he's actually doing some school work!
He posted earlier today. And if he doesn't have internet at home, he may not check on it until tomorrow, same time he posted today. |
RE: Decisions, Decisions
Wow.
bad response. 2slow2matter was right. there is a thing called school that people go to instead of hanging around all the time on the internet like geeks. I attend a school, which it sounds like many of you haven't, and it takes up a large portion of my day (9 hours to be exact). Then of course there is sleeping. This takes up about another 10 hours. That leaves me with 6 hours to do other things, and sometimes i do things other than go onto the internet. Sports. I happen to play soccer and i had to attend a meeting regarding my team. Thanks to the few people who took me seriously, but to you simple-minded people that probably can't do simple algebra, i ask you cordially to not post on my forum thanks to you select few, johnny |

Lastly, the ACTUAL owners of this forum will be happy to hear that you plan to start paying the bills for all this. You own nothing here. You don't get to choose who posts except for yourself. BTW - welcome to RCU and let us know if we can be of further help. |
RE: Decisions, Decisions
I tried to be nice.
They weren't. I said nothing against the people who helped me, just the other creatures. Yes i did violate the rules, but i truly didn't mean to. I had no idea that these rules were in effect, so the "police" reprimanded me. Now i know the rules and plan on following them in the future. Those of you that have been helpful, i sincerely thank you peace |

Those of you that have been helpful, i sincerely thank you peace I truly believe Johnny is sincere here, and I do believe he unknowingly and apologetically violated certain rules that I believe he did not intend. I will continue to help him if he so needs. Welcome to RCU and this great hobby. But unfortunatley bruce is correct and you can not control who writes in your (or anyone else's) forum, all forums are free for all to respond - AS LONG AS THEY FOLLOW THE RULES AS WELL. So if you need further help just ask. P.S: By-the-way, us computer geeks as you call us (I am on the computer and at RCU hours a day) are not as you suggest we are. We are not useless losers who have nothing better to do, I am available for work 24 hours per day as a Personal Care Attendant for a severly disabled person who needs constant help. So, as I do equally with my stressful job and in RCU, I am around to help people in need, and will continue to be so. I still find time to help all I can, and I appreciate all the help that I get here. So let's all be friendly and just get along. Peace to all :D!!! Oh, and by-the-way, the correct term is computer NERD not geek :D |
RE: Decisions, Decisions
Well OK, maybe not a troll. But possibly an impacted orc or elf. I think he meant his "thread" and not his "forum", but lets move on.
I have a Fighterbird that is indeed much harded to fly "properly" than models like the RCM 40 Trainer, Avistar, Superstar, LT-40 and other glow trainers I am familiar with. This one has no elevator function and is beastly to land smoothly. Forget about it in more than a few knots of wind. Lets narrow down the field. Do you want to stick to electrics or get into glow? The smaller electrics can be harder to fly but more forgiving when you crunch them into the ground. |
