BMFA registration form

hi guys

i just printed out a BMFA registration form and am starting to fill it in.

on the first 4 lines it says;

" First Name Surname"
Mr/Mrs/Ms:
Partners Name
Juniors Name
Juniors Name

so how would i go about filling it in? i dont have a partner and is the Mr/Mrs/Ms bit refring to the Partner or the Junior (me)?

and also, why are there two Junior sections?

Would be appreciated if someone can help me out, last thing i want to do is bodge it up...

RE: BMFA registration form

Mr/Mrs/Ms is refering to your name on the first line,

other lines would be for partners or chilren if you have them.

if you are a Junior jioning on your own, you would still have to apply for full membership, so would fill in just the first line.

thats how i read it anyway.

if you join a club they would probably include BMFA registration with the club fees and take care f this for you.

RE: BMFA registration form

you will be a MR no matter what your age as long as you are not a woman.

First name is the name your parents gave you.

Surname is the last name or the name you share with your parents.

RE: BMFA registration form

Partner = wife/husband
Junior = kids

I assume that you're not married or have kids, so you would leave those blank.

I guess they say "partner" to be politically correct in case that person is of the same gender as you are. [:'(]

It's for family membership. Not sure v8mini is quite right. If it's just you and you're a junior don't worry, just put your own name in the first junior box and add your DoB, complete rest of form and send with cheque or postal order for £14 to Clacksfield House. Even though you are a junior and pay a reduced membership fee, you're still a full member...

Also you might want to consider asking this sort of question on the BMFA or RCMF forums (or similar UK sites).
