Your LHS has one of their Function keys programmed to enter your customer when you get to the till. When you buy spare engines for planes you haven't even thought of yet! When you come home from work and your wife has hung up all the planes and wings from the ceiling in the basement so can get to the freezer! All true stories!:D

You get your "Gold Preffered Customer Certificate" in the mail from Tower and the equivalent from Horizon. Both in the same month!
