Next step to the Super Cub?
I love the plane, but it's just too light. I am really fighting just a gentle breeze and I have a field that's probably able to contain 7 football fields. Was looking for something that's able to fly in the wind better. Suggestions?

I don't know... something that can fly in the wind at under $300. As far as my capabilities go... I can keep it in the air, do a loop, and a few turns and land :P
I've never built an RC, only RTFs.. low wing and high wing... I've only done high (I think, Super Cub) |
RE: Next step to the Super Cub?
sounds like one of the 40 size stick models(ugly stick) would be in order

RE: Next step to the Super Cub?
Maybe you should try to hook up with some guys at a local field, I'm not trying to offend you in any way, but a super cub is a pretty easy plane to fly, so an instructor might not be a bad idea

RE: Next step to the Super Cub?
I flew a super cub and it got boring fast. I then joined a local club, bought their old club trainer for $75 and buddy boxed for a bit. never looked back. so much better than the super cub.
