I got a spektrum 2.4 for fathers day, but I'm not good enough flyer to use it yet. Don't want to bury it in the ground. So my goal is to be proficient enough to be able to use it maybe over the winter with the ski planes. (Maybe) not going to rush it.

As I understand it, the UK has a lower power limit on 2.4 GHz than the U.S. does as I mentioned above.
