interference problem

HI Everybody
first , I apologize if I chose the wrong place in your forum to post this thread.
I use a 1.2 ghz , 25mw wireless cam on my plane and a futaba T6exap transmitter and R127DF receiver (72MHZ)
My problem is that i get interference and my servos start glitching hard when I power the cam.
Is there any trick to or technique to solve the problem , surely other than removing the cam :)
thx in advance

RE: interference problem

1. Get your reciever antenna as far as practical from the video transmitter.
2. Send your camera back to the manufacturer and have the antenna tuned.
3. Spend more money and get a higher quality video system. Your probably dealing with a very cheap mass produced system that isn't properly tuned, and 25 mw will only be good for a couple hundred feet at best and no more. You're going to experience dropouts at every turn.

RE: interference problem

Try to orient the camera antenna so that it is perpendicular to the receiver antenna. This will minimize the coupling.

RE: interference problem

route all the wires for the camera except the antenna through a wire mesh..shielding...short one end of the shield to the camera perhaps to a screw that holds the camera in place...the other end "floats"...a good wire mesh... maybe a solder wick.
good luck
